You might want to consider living in Tucson AZ during the winter months. We have moderate temperatures in the winter time, mid 30’s through high 60’s, mostly toward the higher end of that range.
Yes it does get down into the 30’s or lower once every couple of years, but snow is something you can see on the peaks of Mt Lemmon and ice is what we put into our drinks here.
You wouldn’t be the only ones coming to Tucson to escape the challenges of winter. Don’t be surprised if you run into a neighbor or others from your area of the country wintering down here.
